Research Interests

Dr. Henjum’ research interests involve child and maternal nutrition, growth and development, iodine excess and deficiency, malnutrition, dietary research, breastfeeding, micronutrients, food as a human right, public health nutrition and food security. She has done research in Algeria, Nepal, Vietnam, Argentina and Norway.
